A yoga festival of love & peace with community at it's roots

Brighton Yoga Festival is a ‘Festival For Everybody’ first launched in 2014 by the Brighton Yoga Foundation.
Now organised by the Brighton Community Events CIC team working closely with and to support the Brighton Natural Health Foundation (BNHF)
BNHF is a charity passionate about empowering communities to embrace mindful movement for a happier healthier lifestyle
We provide free yoga, qigong and Pilates to people facing the
greatest health inequalities in Brighton and Hove,
including those with chronic illness, carers, people who
have experienced trauma and homeless people.
We reached more than 500 people last year and for
many, our classes are life-changing and, in some cases,
life-saving.
"The community, connection, stress relief and exercise sets me
up for a great week. I couldn’t do without it!"
